I was born in Colombia and moved to Florida when I was 10. I am Colombian, but never quite Colombian enough. Definitely not American. That in-betweenness shaped me—it made me someone who reaches, who connects, who makes sure people feel seen.

 

No matter how good things are for me, I carry a heaviness in my heart—not because I lack joy, but because I feel the weight of the world too deeply to ignore. I don’t move through life as an individualist; I exist in and for the collective. My work is rooted in collaboration, and while I welcome working with everyone, I am deeply drawn to women—women with visions, with dreams, with a fire for community healing and liberation. That energy is something I will always uplift.
